Hobart offers a full line of electric and gas fryers to meet your deli needs. The fryer series includes large-capacity floor models or smaller versions to fit your space requirements. Hobart is introducing a new “drawer filter” on multiple units only. The drawer filter is easy to use and features “hands off” filtering.

“We can equip your deli footprint with the appropriate fryer for your operation, be it for gas or electric, for a small deli or an enormous one,” said Kent Kazmaier, product line manager for Hobart deli systems.

Hobart’s gas and electric fryers are highly efficient and easy to operate. The higher efficiency means a reduced demand on air conditioning, resulting in less energy usage. The solid state programmable controls allow for eight products to be preprogrammed with the touch of a button. There is also a single manual programmable button used for testing new products. A digital display alerts operators when to filter, based on the fryer’s cycle counter, eliminating the guesswork of making sure the oil is clean and fresh.
